2. Ordering
2.1. All orders placed with us are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
2.2. Forms of Ordering
2.2.1. Orders placed through the online store located at www.sabenza.pl
2.2.1.1. Condition for accepting to the implementation of the order is properly completed online order form. Provide a phone number and email address of the Customer Service Department will allow rapid contact with the client, if there is a need for further investigation or change other details of the contract.
2.2.2. Orders placed by email
2.2.2.1. To place your order by email, please write to us on sales@sabenza.pl
2.2.2.2. Please include: your name, company name, company registration number, VAT number, address (billing), telephone, e-mail address, method of payment, and the notice of the courier delivery address if different from the billing address.
2.3. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day throughout the year.
2.4. In the case of temporary absence of any product or of another problem that prevents execution of the order, CUSTOMER SERVICE contact with the client to determine further details of the implementation of the order. If contact with the customer is not possible within 48 hours of receipt of the order, such order shall be repealed.
2.5. The contract, which has been implemented (the goods have been sent) can not be canceled.
2.6. Goods carried on a later date than the current (pending implementation of the contract) will apply to such prices as at the date of the order.
2.7. Client can not cancel an order that has been realized (ie, the goods have been sent to the customer or the goods have been sent from the manufacturer to Sabenza to implement individual customer order).
3. Payments

3.3. For orders shall be issued pro-forma invoice, based on which customer makes a payment.
3.4. Failure to pay within 3 days from the date of invoice pro-forma or chosen bank transfer method, results in the cancellation of the contract and reservation of goods.
4. Delivery
4.1. Shipping price depends on the weight and size of purchased goods.
4.2. Standard price is €25.99 per 30kg - European Union
4.3. Standard price is €49.99 per 30kg - outside the European Union
4.4. After placing the order, you will receive PRO-FORMA INVOICE.
It will include your order details, shipping cost and payment details.
4.5. Your order will be delivered by one off our courier
4.6. Couriers are based on their own regulations. To familiarize themselves with the rules of shippers, please contact directly with these companies.
4.7. Delivery time: usually 3 - 5 working days
4.8. Above terms are referred to the EU Countries Only

4.10. The delivery time may change in special cases, eg. a sudden increase in the amount of transferred contracts or other circumstances preventing the rapid implementation of delivery.
4.11. In the case of additional transport costs related to eg. the absence of the recipient goods during delivery, courier expectation etc. - Costs are paid by the customer. For Sabenza costs incurred by the CUSTOMER will be issued a VAT invoice.
4.12. In a situation where the Client can not receive a shipment at any time, should be well in advance to give a convenient day and the preferred time of delivery.
4.13. In the case, keeping the customer does not receive the goods shipped, which was confirmed order, transport costs will be charged for shipping and for returning the goods to Sabenza.
4.14. If we have not dispatched your order, we will cancel it and refund.
5. Returns
5.1. Returns Authorization - before returning any item please contact our sales department: sales@sabenza.pl
5.1.1. Buyer will be liable to complete Returning Application Form and send it back to us, in order to receive Returns Authorization.
5.1.2. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return which does not include the Returns Authorization.
5.2.Return request has to be reported within 14 days from the date, goods has been received.
5.3. Any return request reported after 14 days from the date goods has been received, will not be process.
5.4. Claims against equipment carrying a warranty can be made up until the warranty expires.
5.5. For returns of faulty goods the following terms apply:
5.5.1. Please contact us for Return Authorization - this is necessary to start your claim.
5.5.2. On receipt of the returned faulty goods, we will test the product/s to identify the fault which has been notified.
5.5.3. If following the testing process the product is found to be without defect, we will return the goods to you. Buyer will be liable for a re-delivery charge and a collection charge if the original collection of the goods was organized through our authorized courier.
5.5.4. Please don't send your items back, unless we will confirm your return.
We will provide a delivery information during the returning process. `
5.5.5. Faulty Goods
Goods found to be faulty will be refunded or credited.
Seller will be responsible for returning costs.
5.6.For returns of unwanted goods the following terms apply:
5.6.1 Cancellation Right
5.6.2. If you decide within 14 working days (starting on the day after you receive the products) that you no longer require the products then you are entitled to, please contact us by sending a notice of such cancellation on following email address: info@sabenza.pl
5.6.3. Please contact us for Return Authorization - this is necessary to start your claim.
5.6.4. Please don't send your items back, unless we will confirm your return.
We will provide a delivery information during the returning process.
5.6.5. Clearance lines, single use products and workwear garments that have been personalised with embroidery or heat-seal are non-returnable.
Products bought in as specials upon request are non-returnable.
5.6.6. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, customers will be liable for the cost of the goods if they are not returned in this condition.
5.6.7. Complaint is not subject to the goods:
1. who has normal wear and tear,
2. where mechanical damage occurred during its operation (tears, rips, tears, abrasions, raising, to break fasteners, etc.),
3. delivered to Sabenza able dirty or wet,
4. having defects resulting from improper maintenance
5.6.8. If we have already dispatched the goods, they must first be returned to us in perfect condition and in full (i.e. you must return the entire order unused).
5.6.9. You are only entitled to cancel the contract if when we receive the products they are in the exact condition in which they were delivered to you.
Once we have received the goods back and are satisfied they have not been used, we will refund or credit.
5.6.10 Customers are required to return goods through their own courier at their own expense. Please ensure you obtain a proof of delivery.
5.6.11. Refunds / Credit will only be issued once the goods have been returned to us and have been checked to ensure the conditions have been met.
5.6.12. Refunds and credits can take up to 10 working days to be applied from the date of the goods being collected.
5.7. If you cancel the contract, you must return the products to us at your own cost within [14] days of delivery.
5.7.1. If you do not return them to us within such period, then we are entitled to take such steps as are necessary to recover the products from you and charge you for the costs of such recovery.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery type of service.
5.8. In the event that you are entitled to a refund please note that such refund will be made by the same method used to make payment to us
5.9. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they have read through the full returns policy before committing to purchase. By purchasing the product the customer is confirming that they have read and agreed to the returns policy applicable to that product.
6. Final Information
6.1. Company Sabenza reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time. Changing the Rules shall take place upon the appearance of the new content on the website www.sabenza.pl
6.2. All information contained on the website www.sabenza.pl in this price list does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
6.3. Seller reserves the right to withdraw from the sale of particular products.
